- Delivery Timeframe
We are pleased to offer shipping services across Malaysia. Upon receiving your order, we promptly process it and ensure delivery to your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days through our trusted shipping carrier partners.
- Shipping Area
Currently, we cater to customers within Malaysia only, excluding P.O. Box addresses to ensure secure and direct deliveries.
- Shipping Costs
Enjoy free shipping on all orders over RM200 within Malaysia. For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, we apply a flat shipping rate: RM10 per order for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and RM14 per order for East Malaysia.
- Expedited Shipping
For those requiring faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available. The costs for these services will be calculated and presented on the checkout page before you finalize your order.
Refund Policy
- Order Cancellation
You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation, prior to it being shipped. Please note that transaction fees incurred are not refundable. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund.

We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee for items that are defective upon receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@hadramawt-kitchen.my with details of the defect. Upon receiving and validating your return request, we ask that you send back the defective product(s) at your expense, in their original packaging.
Replacement products will be shipped to you within 10 to 15 working days following the receipt of the returned items.
